Ron Hancock was born and raised in West Texas.
He received a Bachelor's Degree Magna Cum Laude in 1980 and
a Law Degree in 1983, both from Texas Tech University. Ron
began his legal practice in 1983 at the age of 24, handling
a diversified insurance defense docket including products
liability, premises liability, workers' compensation and automobile
collision cases. For over 15 years, Ron has specialized in
toxic tort, mass tort and products liability litigation. He
has handled thousands of personal injury claims involving
exposure to toxic substances including silicosis, asbestosis
and pneumoconiosis. Many of these cases have involved complicating
diseases such as mesothelioma, cancer, scleroderma, tuberculosis,
rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, rheumatoid lung, autoimmune diseases
and immunilogical disorders. As a bi-product of this litigation
Ron has developed a close working relationship with key thought
leaders in pulmonology, rheumatology, and industrial hygienists.
Economically litigating toxic tort cases requires an excellent
working relationship with attorneys on both sides of the toxic
tort docket. Ron's organizational skills and grasp of the
"big picture" have enabled him to effectively handle
and successfully conclude thousands of cases while always
remaining keenly aware of the particular needs of his clients.

an attorney, "AV".
Ron and his wife, Amy have been married since
1987. They have three children, Cody, Rachel and Brandon and
after hours Ron can regularly be found on little league baseball
diamonds, basketball courts or football fields. Ron has been
a Deacon at his Church and has served in many volunteer capacities
for a number of years.
